In the spirit of fun and good humor, BCC Associate Registrar Joanne Carroll-Connor, a proclaimed Irish American with family ties in Ireland, took time to debunk a few myths surrounding Saint Patrick’s Day. First, Ms. Carroll-Connor was quick to point out that corn beef and cabbage is really not a traditional meal in Ireland; lamb, she says, is the chosen meat.
