Dozens of supporters turned out yesterday evening to the Elks Club on North Main Street as Fall River Mayor Paul Coogan officially launched his campaign for a fourth term in office.
The mayor urged supporters to vote in the preliminary election on September 16 to continue the progress his administration has made during the past six years.
Four challengers will join Mayor Coogan on the Fall River Preliminary Election ballot. They are Gabriel Boomer Amaral, Michael Vandal. Carlos Cesar, and Christopher Silvia,
