Fall River’s anti-poverty agency had a visit recently from Massachusetts U.S. Congressman Joe Kennedy. Citizens For Citizens, Inc. officials welcomed the Congressman who toured the facility at 64 Griffin Street and to assure them that he will do all he can to continue federal funding for its programs, including supplying fuel assistance and utility breaks for eligible clients:
