The city’s Community Preservation Meeting will take place on Monday, January 11th. The session will be held at the city council hearing room beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Under a state law passed in 2000, the Community Preservation act enables adopting communities to raise funds to create a local dedicated monies for open space preservation, preservation of historic resources, development of affordable house, and the acquisition and development of outdoor recreational facilities.
