Community Autism Resources (CAR), an autism support center that serves 82 greater Fall River cities and towns, has announced plans for its 15th annual Hearts and Hands Walk/5K Run and Family Fun Day.
The event will take place at Francis Farm in Rehoboth on Saturday, September 22, 2018, from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Activities for families will include carnival style games, a bubble creation station, arts and crafts, face painting, and bounce houses. Attendees will also be able to browse items from CAR’S Autism Store.
“All of the money raised from this event stays in the local communities and helps provide free services, supports and resources to children, teens, adults and their families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder,” according to a press release from the organization.
