Fall River may soon have a new Veterans Services Officer.
At a budget hearing this week the administration let it be known that it will ask the city council to approve Talos Farris to serve in the role. Mayor Paul Coogan says Mr. Farris has military experience and has volunteered at the Veterans Center at Bristol Community College.
