The City of Fall River is seeking state and federal assistance to help with cleanup from last Thursday’s thunderstorms.
Reports of winds upwards of 70 miles an hour toppled trees and caused power outages across the city
The mayor is hopeful the city will be able to recoup a portion of the cleanup’s cost.
Another line of storms passed through Tuesday evening but did not cause any significant damage.
