If you drive by Milliken Boulevard you will likely see activity taking place outside the city’s Pearl Street Garage.
That is the canvas for the Fall River Art and Culture Coalition’s (FRACC) latest community mural project.
This mural project was funded by a state earmark that supports FRACC’s goal of making art accessible to all and growing the city’s creative economy.
This project will be led by an artist hailing from New York…
Ms. Occhino says the theme of the mural fits into the generational fabric of Fall River.
The mural project will also allow local artists to assist and learn the techniques of mural art.
