City Hosting Community Clean-ups for Earth Day

Earth day is this weekend and the city is hosting a pair of clean-ups to celebrate.

The city has already begun its street-sweeping operation for the season. Mayor Coogan says residents can play a role in making sure Fall River remains clean.
