City Council Backs Loan Order to Purchase Land in Bioreserve

The Fall River City Council approved a $750,000 loan order for the purchase of two parcels within the Southeastern Massachusetts Bioreserve.

Superintendent Michael Labossiere says the purchase is a signal of the city’s commitment to limit development within the Bioreserve.
