Fall River Public Library is offering two free activities for families during school vacation week at its main branch at 104 North Main Street,
On Thursday, December 27, the movie Smallfoot, a computer-animated 3D musical comedy/adventure, will be shown at 1:00 p.m.
On Saturday, December 29, the library will host its Breaker Space family program from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Recommended for kids ages 5 and up with their parents, the program helps children “learn how things work and practice technical and mechanical skills in a safe environment” by giving them old or broken appliances or common household electronic items to take apart. Safety goggles and tools will be provided.
