State Representative Carole Fiola, in conjunction with the Fall River Charter Review Commission and the Bank Street, Flint, Highlands, Lower Highlands, and North End Neighborhood Associations, will host a public hearing of the Charter Review Commission. This is your chance to hear the Commission’s progress and offer your suggestions about possible changes in the governmental document that hasn’t been updated in over 80 years. Some of the changes could include voting in ward city councilors and shifting governmental decision making power.
