On an 8-Zero vote this week, the Fall River Charter Commission has decided up a simple, yet complex mission statement, according to chairman Mike Miozza.
It is the mission of the Fall River Charter Commission to study and make recommendations regarding the City Charter, for a more effective city government.
There commission also decided on a survey to provide Fall River residents to get their input on what changes, if any, they would like to see as taxpayers.
