Citizens for Citizens (CFC) in Fall River has launched its annual toy drive, Operation Christmas, to brighten the holidays for children in need ages 12 and under.
Donations of toys and clothing are being collected Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the CFC office at 264 Griffin Street. Weekend and after-hour drop-offs can also be arranged. The deadline to donate is December 6.
Toys will be distributed on December 15 to parents who have signed up for Operation Christmas. Parents can apply during CFC’s regular daytime hours or on Tuesday, November 20, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
