Fall River parents and guardians who would like their children to attend Catholic schools in the city have the possibility of getting scholarship money to make that possible.
At a recent news conference, Bishop Edgar M. da Cunha S.D.V. released the “Final Report” completed by the Diocese’s Task Force on education that outlines what needs to be done to make a Catholic education possible for whoever wants it. One of the troublesome parts is declining enrollment, but Bishop da Cunha says, the “Final Report” was impressive enough to make a scholarship program possible:
