During a trip to Fall River, Cape Verdean Minister of Culture Abraao Vincent stopped at Bristol Community College for a visit. The purpose: To get a first hand look at what life is like at a two year institution of higher education, because there are no community colleges in Cape Verde. BCC President John J.
