Fall River’s Cambodian American Rescue Organization, Inc. (CARO) will host its third annual Cambodian New Year Celebration on Saturday, April 6, 2019.
The event will take place from 6:00 p.m. to midnight at the 5 Star Restaurant in Providence and will include dinner, a performance by the CARO Dance Troupe, live music from the Khmer Dynasty Band, and social dances.
Proceeds will benefit CARO, a nonprofit organization that works to raise awareness of Cambodian culture and give Cambodian Americans access to services, jobs, education, and training.
“Your support will allow us to reach more vulnerable children and adults with quality programs that change lives and strengthen families,” reads a post on CARO’s Facebook page.
