Bristol Community College’s class of 2019 commencement ceremony will be held rain or shine on the Fall River campus at 777 Elsbree Street on Saturday, June 1, at 11 a.m.
For the first time, the proceedings will take place under the college’s solar canopy. Guests who prefer to remain indoors can watch from an alternative seating area in the H building.
Dr. Carolyn Heeps, the head of renewables for North America at Lloyd’s Register, will deliver the commencement address. The class valedictorian is Dawn M. Lopes and the salutatorian is Amanda M. DaCosta.
The commencement will be broadcast live on Channel 95 beginning at 11 a.m. It will also be streamed live at https://www.facebook.com/BristolCommunityCollege/
