An additional lane of I-195 West on the Braga Bridge will be closed tonight tonight from 8:00 – 5:00 a.m. Wednesday.
The goal is for MassDot to repair access ladders adjacent to the right travel lane. Only one westbound travel lane will be open during the work.
The two travel lands on the eastbound side of the bridge will remain open as normal. During day time hours two lanes of traffic will be maintained in both directions.
Travelers should expect delays, reduce speed, and/or seek alternate routes.
The schedule for construction may change depending on weather.
