The City of Fall River next week will cut the ribbon on the library’s new bookmobile.
When it came to the design of the mural on the outside of the bookmobile, the focus of the artwork reflcts the library’s work.
Ms. Parker says as traffic to the library has waned in recent years, the launch of the bookmobile will allow the library to meet people where they live.
As the weather warms this spring and summer, expect the bookmobile to become more visible.
The official bookmobile ribbon cutting will take place next Wednesday, February 28 at 10 am. For information on scheduling the bookmobile, please call 774-309-1274.
