The American Red Cross held a blood drive at Government Center Last night. Pre-registration was required. While the goal was to collect pints of blood from 20 donors, that number was exceeded, according to the office of Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia II, which offered the final count:
Goal: 20 (donors)
Presenting donors: 30
Pints collected: 28
Deferrals: 5
First time donor: 0
