At a news conference today, Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia announced he is entering into a public/private partnership agreement to help promote locate businesses via digital billboard marketing. The marketing screens will be set up throughout Government Center, and managed by a local company called Interstate Public Advertising. Here’s more:
