The Fall River Police Department has made an arrest in the robbery last week of a Bay Coast branch in the city’s North End.

Subject: Bay Coast Bank Robbery Arrest
On Tuesday, March 19th, 2019 at approximately 2:15PM City officers were dispatched to 490 Robeson Street, Bay Coast Bank, to investigate a report of an unarmed robbery. Upon arrival, Officers learned that an individual entered the bank with a covered face and sunglasses, walked up to a teller window, held a note to the window and demanded money. The teller gave the individual money and the individual fled the bank.
Bank surveillance photos were circulated. Anonymous tips from the public and police officers who dealt with the male prior to the robbery led to the identification of a suspect. Detective Dwaine Cabeceiras took Jason M. Boudria age 36 into custody. Boudria is charged with unarmed robbery. The FRPD would like to thank those who provided tips leading to this arrest.
