Growth is the theme as the Argosy Collegiate Charter School begins its academic year on August 27.
Argosy champions its grade 6 through 12 college educational partnership program by measuring the number of college credits seniors earn when they graduate. And the class of 2026 is on pace to be the most successful in the school’s 12-year history.
With interest in the school growing, Mr. Jagannath says the need has arisen to expand its middle and high school facilities on Hamlet Street and Dover Street.
Argosy will be expanding its athletics program by adding girls’ soccer in the fall and coed track and field in the spring.
Mr. Jagannath says the diversity of educational opportunities in Fall River is a testament to the collaboration among local schools.
