The Davol School in Fall River, bought by the Flint Neighborhood Association in 2014, is now free of a cancer-causing material that was wrapped around pipes when the structure was built over one hundred years ago. FRC Media News spoke with Association President Carlos Cesar today about the $7,600 dollar project:
