Fall River Police report that a 14 year old juvenile is in police custody today, March 16th after turning himself over late Tuesday evening, March 15th in connection with a stabbing incident near Talbot Middle School. Meanwhile, the second sought after juvenile in the case, a 17 year old, was also arrested

In all, five Juveniles, all from Fall River, and 18 year old Charles Brothers, whose last listed address is 169 Covel Street, are charged with stabbing an unidentified 30 year old man at the corner of Melrose and Stone Streets Monday, March 14th. The two new juveniles now in police custody are charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon Causing Substantial Injury, Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Affray and Trespassing.

Each of the suspects are expected to be arraigned in Fall River Juvenile court today.

Reportedly, the victim was attacked after all six suspects surrounded his car and he stepped out to confront them. The man was then struck from behind and fell.

The victim is being treated at Rhode Island Hospital and had been listed in serious, but stable condition. Reportedly, the unidentified man suffered four stab wounds and other injuries.
