Five candidates ran for mayor in yesterday’s recall election held in Fall River. Incumbent Mayor Jasiel Correia came in first place, followed by School Committee Member Paul Coogan, City Councilor Joe Camara, and then former City Councilor and School Committee Member Kyle Riley, who placed 4th.
