A news conference was held on Friday, November 13th at Commonwealth Landing to announce the securing of $1.9 million dollars in tax credits for Commonwealth Landing.  State Representative Carole Fiola was among the attendees, and thanked state officials and her colleagues for helping to make this appropriation possible;

Commonwealth Landing will have 130 apartment rental units available at market rates beginning in 2017. Applications are now available.
